Dubbed the “Garden of Love,” we have planted kale, beets, cauliflower, tomato, squash, cucumbers, basil, oregano, thyme, dill, mustard greens, spinach, lettuce, beans, snap peas, eggplant and a watermelon. The kale has had a growth spurt in the last week and I can’t wait to pick off some leaves for a stir fry!
